QuiqNest today announced the launch of QuiqIQ™, an FHA growth intelligence and execution platform built to help mortgage lenders identify overlooked opportunities across the FHA borrower lifecycle and turn them into new production, borrower retention, and future first-mortgage business.
"Mortgage lenders already have enormous amounts of borrower and market data," said Patrick Blanchet, Founder and CEO of QuiqNest. "What is often missing is a system that identifies the next financing opportunity, explains why it matters, and gives the lender a way to execute it. That is what we built QuiqIQ to do."
One platform across the FHA borrower lifecycle
QuiqIQ is built around three connected growth engines and one intelligence layer.
Clear-Title Solar™: FHA forward mortgage differentiation. Clear-Title Solar gives lenders a differentiated FHA purchase strategy. Eligible borrowers can explore adding owned solar through the FHA mortgage transaction rather than using a separate solar loan or lease. QuiqIQ helps loan officers identify the opportunity, understand the property-level economics, and present the option to the borrower. The mortgage remains the lender's responsibility. QuiqNest manages the solar workflow and borrower follow-up. The home closes first, with installation and fulfillment occurring afterward through the approved post-closing process.
QuiqBridge™: Post-closing borrower acquisition and retention. The opportunity does not end at closing. QuiqBridge helps lenders reconnect with homeowners after the original mortgage closes and identify borrowers who may have a future home-improvement financing need. Instead of allowing that next financing event to move outside the lender's ecosystem, QuiqIQ gives the lender visibility into it and a path to remain involved.
"A lender can originate the mortgage and still lose the customer's next financing transaction," Blanchet said. "QuiqIQ is designed to help the lender see that next transaction before someone else does."
QuiqRefi™: The future first-mortgage conversion path. QuiqRefi identifies the potential path back into a first mortgage, turning what would otherwise be an isolated home-improvement financing event into a longer-term retention strategy: acquire or retain the borrower through the improvement opportunity, stay connected to the homeowner, and position the lender for an appropriate future first-mortgage transaction when conditions support it.

ASK Quiq: role-aware intelligence inside the platform
Embedded throughout QuiqIQ is ASK Quiq™, the platform's role-aware intelligence assistant, built on leading commercial large language models. ASK Quiq is built to understand the context in which a mortgage professional is working rather than function as a general-purpose chatbot. A loan officer can ask a simple question and get a simple answer, while more technical questions receive deeper responses tied to the relevant FHA program, property, borrower workflow, or stage of execution.
ASK Quiq helps users understand why a borrower or property represents an opportunity, how a Clear-Title Solar transaction works, which responsibilities belong to the lender versus QuiqNest, and what the next appropriate action is.
"ASK Quiq is there to make the opportunity understandable and executable," Blanchet said. "The loan officer should not need to learn the solar business. They should understand the mortgage opportunity, introduce it to the borrower, and stay focused on what they already do best."
From market intelligence to execution
QuiqIQ follows a simple operating model: see the market, find the opportunity, execute through QuiqNest. At the executive level, lenders use FHA market intelligence to understand where production opportunities exist and how their organization compares across markets. At the loan officer level, QuiqIQ translates those opportunities into specific borrowers, properties, and actions, then connects them to standardized QuiqNest execution workflows rather than leaving the lender with another dashboard that only reports data.

Built to complement the existing technology stack
Mortgage companies have invested heavily in CRMs, loan origination systems, borrower portals, analytics platforms, and AI assistants. QuiqNest does not intend to replace those systems. QuiqIQ fills a narrower gap: surfacing FHA growth opportunities that traditional mortgage systems were not designed to find, and connecting them directly to an execution path.
Solar is the first application
Residential solar is the initial application because it sits at an unusual intersection between the mortgage, the homeowner's monthly housing costs, and the long-term financing relationship. That creates opportunities for lenders both at purchase and after closing.
QuiqNest's longer-term vision is Clear-Title Homes™, extending the same lender-centric approach to additional home improvements while preserving the homeowner's future financing flexibility.
"The mortgage industry has historically thought about the customer in transactions," Blanchet said. "We believe the larger opportunity is the homeowner lifecycle."
Florida first
QuiqNest is initially focused on the Florida FHA market, where the company is developing lender, builder, and real estate distribution strategies around Clear-Title Solar and the broader QuiqIQ platform. The company plans to prove and refine the operating model in Florida before expanding into additional states.
