WHY QUIQNEST EXISTS

QuiqNest turns solar panels into home equity
without liens, extra loans, or closing risk

Our mission is simple.
Make solar safe, predictable, and equity building inside real estate transactions.
QuiqNest exists to make solar a safe financial decision inside real estate transactions. Instead of adding solar after closing with separate loans that create liens, QuiqNest plans solar before purchase or refinance and installs it after closing. The result is clear title, full ownership, and solar that adds real home equity from day one.
Solar is usually added too late
Most solar is introduced after closing using separate loans or leases. That timing is what creates liens, complexity, and resale risk. QuiqNest solves this by addressing solar before the transaction, not after.
Timing changes everything
QuiqNest focuses on solar planning during purchase or refinance, when financial decisions are already being made. This timing keeps underwriting clean and allows solar to fit naturally into the home buying process.
Equity comes first
QuiqNest is not a retail solar installer. We manage the planning, execution, and timing of solar through approved EPC partners so lenders can rely on clean, on schedule installations.

Our role is to ensure solar is installed correctly and on time, increases home value, and never introduces debt, liens, or transaction risk.
The Power FLip

Powered by The Power Flip™

Every major shift in an industry starts with timing. QuiqNest is built on The Power Flip™, a pre-purchase and pre-refinance approach that changes when solar is introduced into a real estate transaction.

Instead of adding solar after closing with a separate loan that creates liens and resale risk, QuiqNest plans solar before purchase or refinance and installs it after closing. This keeps title clean, underwriting intact, and ownership simple.

Clear-Title Solar™ is not about panels. It is about structure. When solar is planned at the right moment, it becomes part of the home’s financial foundation instead of a liability added later.

The result is owned solar, no UCC-1 liens, no dealer fees, and real home equity from day one.
Our Revolutionary Vision

I spent three years asking why solar kept killing real estate deals. The answer wasn't the technology. It wasn't even the timing. The financing was broken, and nobody had built the workflow to fix it. The FHA Solar and Wind Technologies program has existed for decades. It was designed to let buyers finance solar inside a single mortgage, with no separate loan, no UCC-1 lien, no lease transfer at closing. No one ever made it operational. QuiqNest built that workflow. It works with FHA and conventional mortgages.

The Power Flip™ is a blue-ocean approach that creates a new market by solving solar at the transaction level instead of the sales level. It eliminates dealer fees, removes UCC-1 liens, improves debt-to-income ratios, and protects long-term home value.

QuiqNest is not a solar company. We are a home equity platform.

We believe solar should increase property value, not complicate ownership. When timing is correct, sunshine becomes equity.

Proven in real transactions

QuiqNest was built to solve a real problem. Traditional solar financing often adds risk to real estate transactions instead of value.

By planning solar before purchase or refinance, homeowners using Clear-Title Solar™ avoid dealer fees, avoid UCC-1 liens, and maintain clean ownership. Solar becomes part of the home’s financial structure rather than a post-closing complication.

On average, homeowners save approximately thirty-five percent compared to dealer-fee solar financing. More importantly, solar no longer interferes with underwriting, appraisal, or resale.

The results are practical and repeatable. Buyers gain equity. Realtors protect closings. Lenders and title companies avoid surprises. Better timing creates better outcomes.
