Do I have to install solar on my home?

Absolutely not. We don’t install anything and we never pressure sellers. We simply analyze your home’s energy profile to help attract buyers who want to install solar after they purchase the home, using financing they already qualify for

Why do you need my utility bill?

We only ask for the electric usage graph. This allows us to estimate solar suitability and savings potential for the buyer. No personal data or account numbers are needed.

Who controls the sale of my home?

You do. We list the home through our licensed broker, and you control the sale just like with any FSBO listing.

Why is this free? What's the catch?

There is no catch. We fund the listing because we benefit when a buyer chooses to install solar through our Clear-Title Solar™ platform. That happens after the sale — and never costs you anything.

What kind of homes qualify?
